Will Retina Scans Ever Become Widely Available
On March 11, 2015 by adminSecurity technology receives attention by the media, but most of what does is relatively uncommon technology. You aren’t going to see things like pressure sensors, retina scans, or finger printing in most homes and business premises, despite how they might actually find it useful. The reason why they don’t have it because this technology can be very expensive, and the cheaper options, like standard motion sensors and locks, work in most instances.
Whether or not this is likely to ever change is still up for debate, but most technology does begin to get cheaper to make and to produce over time. In fact, currently the most expensive element of the technology is having all of the allowed people added to the list of people who are granted access, as it needs to be done by a specialist.
